You will leave Alaska knowing you have done it all

Day 1

Arrive in Anchorage

Touch down in the winter wonderland known as Anchorage, the gateway to adventure. Get a glimpse of the city with a private transfer to your hotel. Speak with your driver about opportunities to experience all that Anchorage has to offer.

Overnight in Anchorage, your home for the next three nights.

Day 2

Willow Biking and Dog Sledding Adventure

Travel north to Willow for a day of guided fat tire biking and dog sledding all wrapped in one glorious day! There are miles of groomed trails to enjoy as you peddle your way through the Alaska backcountry by bike. Next learn the history of dog mushing before jumping on a dog sled for a different kind of ride! You can sit in the sled and enjoy the ride or help your guide drive the sled! After this all-day adventure return to Anchorage for the evening.

Day 3

Matanuska Glacier Walk

The Matanuska Glacier is Alaska’s largest road-accessible glacier and today you get to experience its many incredible features up close. Travel about an hour and a half to the face of the glacier before being fitted with the proper gear for exploration. Enjoy two full hours of glacier trekking with an experienced glacier guide at your side. Learn how this ancient frozen 27-mile long river came to be thousands of years ago and take some amazing photos your friends back home will be sure to be jealous of. Return to Anchorage for the evening.

Day 4

Travel from Anchorage to Girdwood

Enjoy a relaxing morning before checking out of your Anchorage hotel. You will travel down the scenic Turnagain arm en route to the small mountain town of Girdwood. Along the way stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. The Center provides an up-close and personal experience with the most famous Alaskan wildlife! This 200-acre animal is home to dozens of rescued wild animals. Next, travel by helicopter on a scenic flight into the breathtaking Chugach backcountry and Prince William Sound area. Weather permitting land on one of the many glaciers within the area. After returning to your vehicle travel to your new accommodations for the evening in Girdwood.

Day 5

Alyeska Ski Resort

Enjoy the day at the Alyeska Resort, the only destination ski resort in Alaska! Lift tickets have been provided today so you can take advantage of the powdery slopes and breathtaking views of the Turnagain arm. Enjoy the resort’s other features like the saltwater pool and full-day spa as well as a variety of dining options. Enjoy the day as you wish.

Day 6

Snowmobiling in the Chugach National Forest

After breakfast, travel a short distance to begin your snowmobiling adventure through the Chugach National Forest. Your trip begins at a trailhead that will travel 14-miles out to Spencer Glacier. All the gear is provided so you can have a warm and comfortable ride on this classic form of travel in Alaska during the wintertime. Once at the glacier take some time for exploring the ice caves and icebergs. Enjoy a homemade lunch and a hot beverage before heading back the way you came. This afternoon is free to relax at your resort.

Day 7

Depart Anchorage

Today, travel back to Anchorage along the beautiful Turnagain Arm. Your driver/guide will bring you to the Anchorage International Airport in time for your departure flight.
